Position Overview
PBOK Consulting (Pipeline Body of Knowledge) is seeking a Junior E-Learning Developer who will use applications such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline to support the development of company and client work. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members, including researchers, instructional designers, technical writers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content and deploy material into an optimal learning format. The E-Learning Developer will have a key role in ensuring that a consistent and high quality of work is delivered both internally and externally to clients.

Primary Responsibilities
• Develop e-Learning solutions to enhance user / learner experience
• Provide e-Learning support on a range of company and client projects
• Create clear, concise, accurate, and effective content
• Apply a systematic design and development model to improve resources
• Consistently apply style, formatting, and process guidelines
• Prepare and support the Project Manager in facilitation for working sessions
• Collaborate with other course development team member to create engaging interactions within project constraints

Competencies
• Experience in graphic design including image editing, video, and/or audio design elements
• Proficiency in software applications including:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Adobe Captivate
• Articulate Storyline
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects
• Team-oriented with an ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Knowledge and skills required to present technical and procedural content clearly

 

Experience
One to three years of e-learning development experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a technical environment
